The Inspiration Behind The Daily Dip
The Daily Dip was born from my experience with cold dipping—immersing neck-deep in the icy waters of Lake Ontario for 2-5 minutes.
I don’t love the cold, but something about it called to me. It challenged my resistance, quieted my anxious mind, and brought unexpected healing, energy, and creative transformation—all in just 2–5 minutes a day.
That same magic lives in The Daily Dip Creative Journal Practice.
No cold water here! Just a simple, five-minutes-a-day writing ritual designed to deepen your connection with yourself.
